Product returns

At cartoonshoes.gr we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. In any case, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The returned product must be in its original packaging in excellent condition, not used and the special markings or any parts of the product have not been removed. After the return and after the product is checked, we reserve the right not to accept the request for change or return if the product does not meet the above conditions.In addition you must include the retail receipt or retail invoice. In the case of an invoice, upon return it is required to be accompanied by a delivery note. The return is made only through the courier ACS cooperating with us. You will be charged for the return costs. In case the reason for the return is our mistake, the return costs are borne by our business.

The first shipment is free. For the next ones that occur, you are normally charged with the estimated transport costs. In case of our mistake, the return or resend shipping will be charged to the store.

At cartoonshoes.gr you have the right to request a refund which will be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product and if approved by our company in accordance with the terms of return. The customer is reimbursed with the entire amount of the product except for any shipping from the original shipment. The consumer is charged only with the direct cost of returning the product.The company returns the money using the same means of payment as the consumer used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise. In case the payment was made by cash on delivery the customer should inform us the details of the bank account and in particular the IBAN, the bank, the name of the holder and to prove that this account belongs to the same person who paid for the order.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In addition to the above rights, the buyer in case of a product that has a defect or lack of agreed quality, has all the rights under the existing provisions and laws related to the contract of sale and consumer protection.
